About us The Four Winds is a horse and rider training facility and tack shop owned by the Throckmorton family for over 30 years! We focus on giving the rider the necessary tools to get on absolutely any horse from the hot Arabian to the slow warm blood. Technique and experience brought from Charles' many years showing in the Grand Prix Ring (both dressage and jumpers), hunters, and evening bring a great balance and help us develop into our ideals! Our Tack Store is run by Jack Throckmorton. A man reaching his second childhood, he loves to give you all the knowledge he can! He will be bluntly honest when selling tack to you, trying to give you what both you and your horse would ultimately enjoy.
