I would recommend using Dave Katz as a buying or selling real estate agent to any of my friends or family. Dave was on top of the market, happy to take us to see houses we had seen several times and helped us stay organized with deadlines once we found a house. It is because of Dave that we ended up in the house we are in, we basically got a reverse offer from the seller for our dream home. If it wasn’t for the creativity in his approach, we would have definitely passed on this house as we thought it was way over budget. Dave also went above & beyond when the sellers of the house we were buying were taking fixtures that weren’t excluded in our contract. He made the situation right before we even knew there was a situation to deal with. We will use Dave for all our real estate needs & would definitely recommend. Julia H. 12/2013
