If I could give no stars I would. My experience with this store has been a nightmare. The salesman did not understand what I wanted done ( 2 small 2 ft by 4.5 foot tile pads and carpet to be fastened down around the tile & cabinets) so he measured wrong. When the installer came he put in tile that was 18 inches wide& did not fasten down the carpet. The install manager promptly responded to my concern & told me it would be fixed at no additional cost this was confirmed by the store manager. It has taken 5 months & numberless phone calls to the manger for this simple job to be completed. Now they want more money ( I had already paid for materials once). I will never use Carpet Exchange for anything again.

Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at this location, Tammy couldn't have been more ac- commodating. Great selections, good prices.
