Block One Events is a new and modern event venue located in Old Town Fort Collins on the Poudre River. This river-front property is the first development of the Poudre River District project. The Block One building is home to PEC Engineering, Encompass Technologies, 11 luxurious furnished apartments and Block One Events (an event space coming Fall of 2016). Our new Block One Event space is perfect for contemporary and modern weddings, receptions, holiday parties, corporate events, theater productions, banquets, seminars, conventions, galas, meetings, networking events and much more. When creating our venue, the goal was to bring the outside in. Over 75 window panes allows for the most beautiful natural light and views of the city, river and mountains. The simplicity of polished concrete flooring, a monochromatic color scheme and industrial fixtures allows our clients to create their dream event. Block One Events is only 2 blocks from Old Town Square and New Belgium Brewery, walking distance to clubs, bars, entertainment, restaurants and more.
