We are known for helping people that have a prescription from their doctor for physical therapy. whether it's for hand, upper extremity or occupational therapy. We also perform physical therapy ans sports rehabilitation. We have many locations throughout the state of Illinois but we have two conveniently located offices here in the Decatur area. one is located on South Route 51 in Forsyth and the other is located on North State Highway 121 in Mt. Zion
