Banks Stephens Middle School offers a variety of programs for students in grades six through eight. Its core curriculum includes math, language arts, science and social studies. The school also offers special education and gifted and talented programs. Additionally, it provides classes in art, computer technology, family consumer science and word processing. The school also operates a media center that offers an array of fiction and nonfiction books. Located in Forsyth, Ga., the school provides a range of stationery items, such as erasers, glue sticks, sharpeners, scissors, pencils, markers, folders, binders, tissues and notebooks. Banks Stephens Middle School is a part of Monroe County Schools.
