I like how the computer shop feels like a small town, family run place (probably because it is!) Even though the storefront is a little disorganized at times, the birdman tech is really great at what he does. I know a bit about computers, but on the few occasions that my problems were over my head, they got me all fixed up. If you have a really bad problem it usually takes them a few days to get it fixed, but I think it's worth it to have all my documents and pictures still there when I pick up my computer.
