      BACORP's Principals have been building Residential and Commercial Structures since 1971 with minimal heating and cooling loads leading to very low bills for same.Some of our lead projects have been the 42 acre Lacey Business Park, The 11 acre Southwinds Harbor Condominiums and Restaurant, Channels Point Residential Subdivision on the River (86 Lots).
