we have been using Dave for many years and always very fare pricing and cuts our beef the way we wanted it HOWEVER - this last time....we sent in two cows - one three year old and a year and half....He said hanging weight was 300 and 200 pounds each - WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL....Basically he took one cow from us. Not a way to do business and NOT GETTING MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!!

this place is a joke. they tell you to call in and tell them how you want your animal processed but first there mail box is full so you can't leave a message. then days later you have to enter the mail box number of the person you want, but they did give me any #'s
