Terrible management overall. Incredibly poor customer service. I feel like if I am a paying customer, then I should receive superior service from the time that I walk into the door until the time my truck is repaired. I am certain that I was overcharged for parts cause management receives a bonus for the amount of money that the shop makes monthly. Never received any notifications on how the repairs were going. Had to continuously call myself. Very unfriendly staff who treated me in an extremely nonchalant manner. WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND ANY FELLOW TRUCK DRIVERS THAT THEY SHOULD SEEK ELSEWHERE ALSO.

Had motor replaced in my truck.200 miles up the road had to replace all coolant.Took it to another FL shop to have it checked out.They found that all the hoses and clamps were loose.They called Peach State to try to get them to cover the charges and they refused.Said they weren't responsible for the loose hoses and clamps. Cost me $120.00 at 2nd shop.They also didn't put the motor back together so when I returned the core to where I bought the motor they deducted $150.00 because the motor wasn't put back together.The oil pan was on the heavy duty pallet and the rest of the motor was on a regular pallet that was crushed by the weight of the motor.They also left the core out in the elements even though they said they would put it in the back of my truck.It was covered with oil/water mix.Waited all day in driver's lounge to find out what was wrong with truck.At 6pm asked again,it had been done for hours "they didn't know I was waiting" but,they never called me either. Highly disappointed.
