Yall do business with this company....prepare to lose money! I highly recommend not doing business with Goodin Realty, they don't honor contracts that they initiate nor do they return phone calls. I've thought long and hard about writing this review but I'm out several thousand dollars because of the unprofessional and shady actions of this company, so do business with Goodin Realty at your own peril.
