Provided by DexKnowsNew Transmission installed on my truck in 2008. New Transmission went kaput in 2010. Rick the owner said that he would work with me. He worked me over and charged me $600 for a "Patch job" which I found out is slang for shortcut. 2 weeks later my Sun Shell went out on my truck and he wants to charge me for that, because it's a new problem. I sought the advice of 2 different transmission places and they couldn't believe that someone operates like that. I should have gone with the first mechanic who told me I needed a new transmission, but I thought that Rick would make it right. I was wrong about that. I gave it one star because it MADE me.
