Our hot water heater was leaking and I scheduled a hook up through Home Depot. We were told we needed a short water heater and various other parts that were going to cost extra. I called Hugo Plumbing the next morning and they were out that afternoon with a Bradford White in the gallon size we needed. No extra parts were needed. They were quick, professional and thorough. The price they quoted me was what I paid. No extra cost or hidden fees and less than Home Depot's contractor was going to charge. I will never call another plumber for services needed in the future.

I was recommeded to Tom to fix my pump after I had already had a plumber come ands,ay they couldn't fix it and another pump guy blow me off. Tom came, diagnosed and fixed in about a half an hour! He was smart, fast and affordable. He ROCKS!
