The company provided rude customer service and inadequate service. They failed to investigate my plumbing leak because I am a home warranty customer. Instead, he came to my house late, stayed for only 10 minutes, and left with our deductible. He claimed "maybe the hairline crack in the bathroom grout caused the leak?" First of all, only one water source (kitchen sink) was checked for the leak. That is certainly not adequate. The toilet, tub, and bathroom sinks are all closer to the leak than the grout crack was. Secondly, we fixed the grout and called him back; he refused to follow up without more money. This is a horrible way to treat a veteran and new homeowner. I will be filing a BBB complaint and spreading the word about the company's mistreatment of customers.

I had Devine's plumbing out to my home. I wanted to remodel our shower area since our corner shower was leaking, they came to look at the shower and gave a much better idea, which was to move the water lines from one wall to another and to make the shower area bigger! The work was high quality! They were on time and everything was done very professional! Thank You!

DeVines Plumbing Service did a Bathroom Remodeling job and we would like to express our appreciation for the great improvement this work has brought to our home. The old bathtub was removed and replaced with a walk in shower and special grab bars. In addition, a new taller and more powerful commode was installed.
