Dr. Stern is very professional in his field of work. He knows exactly what he his doing and conducts himself in a kind and friendly manner. Before any procedure, he explains to me what is going to happen and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. Dr. Stern is a highly skilled dentist who knows how to put his patients at ease, with humor and compassion. He is attuned to sensitivity issues. If I flinch or make a slight sound, he is quick to ask how I am doing. He's patient and gentle.
