A & E Hair Concepts are the best ...I have been going there for over 10 years… I live in Manhattan and they give you better than Manhattan service in terms of quality and excellence and the prices are terrific ,but more important is that everyone there knows what they’re doing!. They are the nicest people ,in addition to giving fine service ...I always feel as though I’m going home whenever I schlep there ! Also excellent for manicures and pedicures .I just can’t say enough nice things about this first class salon which is one of my greatest finds… Ever!
