I have been doing CrossFit regularily for two months now and I feel amazing. I'm able to do things I never thought possible and the progress I have made in two months is unbelievable. I was in the shower today and noticed that my love handles have turned into muscle!!! I'm so happy with my progress and honestly have never felt better in my life.
Joining crossfit and making this commitment to my health and fitness has been lifechanging for me. Amazing props to Steve the gym owner for pushing me and consistently giving me positive feedback while also making sure I am doing everything safely and with good form. CrossFit might not be for everyone but it is for anyone! I started my journey a good 40lbs overweight and hadn't been to the gym in about a year and already i'm down 20lbs but more importantly feel so strong and love my body! I can't wait to see what just another couple more months will do.
CrossFit is so much more than a gym. It is a community of the most encouraging kind, motivated and determined people I have ever met. I look forward to crossfit more than anything because of the friendships I have made and how badass I feel after every day.
Cross fit has changed my life and is the best decision I have ever made for my personal improvement. I have been converted.
