We hope that you come to our web site looking for more detailed information on our products and services. We believe that all jewelry, watch and gift purchases should be made in person to ensure that you receive the highest quality possible. Please browse our site with that in mind. We do appraisals on Wednesday and Friday from 2 PM - 4 PM, unfortunately this is the only time we have appraisers at the store. When you come down, please bring any and all paperwork related to the pieces you would like to be appraised, I.E., old appraisals, or GIA, EGL or other certification. No appointment is necessary; appraisals are done on a first come first serve basis. Depending on how many pieces you have, each appraisal takes around 15 - 20 minutes, and is done in front of you.
