Nortridge Software provides loan accounting, loan processing and loan servicing software for more than 2,000 financial institutions throughout the United States. Its flagship product, Nortridge Loan System, allows for the configuration of a variety of custom loan types, including interest only, mortgages, fixed amortization, installment, revolving and non-revolving credit lines, construction loans, graduated payment and single payment. NLS is designed to operate on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and Windows XP, while connecting to single or multiple industry standard SQL databases on a local machine or a server. The company was established in 1981 and is located in Valencia, Calif.
