DISHONEST, is the word that best defines Rick R. Hernandez and his company Riteck Drafting Services,
in February of 2016 I made a contract with Mr. Rick to make the plans of my house in Fontana,
the contract was for $ 6,500 for a house of 1,200 square feet, but then this price went up because
he told me that the city required Structural Calculations that were not included in the original contract,
then went back to raise the price saying that the city required Energy Calculations that were not included in the original contract, in the end ended up I paying $ 9,000 for the Plans of a 1,200 square foot home.
I realized the fraud only after telling another architect what to pay, by the plans, do not make deal with Rick R. Hernandez, they will end up paying much more than initially agreed.
