I am extremely happy I joined the Y. Having come from another health club it is refreshing to be greeted by friendly staff. They have an excellent selection of classes that are included with your membership. Very large selection of cardio and weight lifting machines. The locker rooms are clean with plenty of showers. Come on in and take a tour, the staff is happy to show you around. Once you see it you will want to be part of it.
