St. Agnes Hospital, operated by Agnesian Health Care, is based in Fond du Lac, Wis. The hospital, founded in 1896, is a 175-bed facility that provides a variety of inpatient and outpatient health care services to city residents. It offers a wide range of services, including cancer treatment, heart care, angioplasty and open-heart surgery, and home and hospice care services. St. Agnes Hospital also offers various other services, such as maternity services, laser surgery, sports medicine and behavioral health services, and women's health and occupational health services. The hospital provides rehabilitation services and 24-hour emergency care. It operates a health resource center that provides health-related community educational programming, as well as books, audiotapes and videos on loan.
