I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 10 yrs and dread going into to this specific location everytime I need hair products. The women who work there are extremely rude! Everytime I go in there they stare at what your doing and give u dirty looks and forbid if I ever ask a question cause then they actually have to get off their lazy butts and help me. I also brought 1 friend with me to have her pick out the shade of color she would like and when I went to check out the lady told me that she wasnt allowed to shop here. I would rather go to Sallys and buy lower grade just so I don't have to deal with these stuck up, rude, lazy people!!! Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!
