About TrueNorth Cycle & Strength Studio TrueNorth opened its doors in 2015 with the vision of connecting like-minded people and creating a space for those with a passion for growth, fitness and community. We started with TrueCycle classes with great success. The addition of childcare quickly followed suit to bring a stronger sense of community to its members. The benefits new and young mothers enjoying endorphin inducing activity was undeniable, not to mention the almost immediate change in self-confidence and added muscle definition. We added TrueBarre, TrueStrength and TrueF.I.T classes to our studio, doubling it in size. Our strength classes are the perfect compliment to the cardio element that cycle offers.
