I lived in these apartments from 96 to 2009 i loved living there, i always felt safe, friendly neighbors, the landlord and the owners also helped my family out whenever i needed the help, and when they could't they always knew someone who could. I would recommend anyone to these apartments if they decide to live in folsom. They're afforable, close to schools, shopping centers.
