Don't come to this place to sell your good stuff. The girls are snooty and act like they don't like their job. I brought in nice brand name designer items but they only bought one item which is a Coach purse. The things I brought in were a lot nicer than what they were selling. By the way, the offer I got for the purse was peanuts...so don't go to this place....

Very rude amd unprofessional gal working behind the counter today! She snapped at me for coming in to the store because it wasn't open yet, but the door was open! It was 9:58 and they open at 10:00. She then repeated to other customers coming in that she wasn't open yet! Then after all this grief, she wouldn't take my beautiful dresses and gave no explanation as to why. Store is stinky and so was this gal's attitude! Won't be shocked if they are out of business soon.

horrible customer service, i was excited to come and trade 3 pairs of summer shoes with a shirt from INC. bought at bloomingdales and a victorias secret, for a really cool pair of shoes and they gave me nothing and turned me away. very misleading and it was very embarrassing. The girls there are not nice, very unprofessional and just made my day horrible. you know when you go somewhere to have a good experience and when you have a bad one you never forget.
