All of the instructors that teach class at CFF are certified, have their CPR/First Certificates, and are experienced. We teach safe, effective classes that makes us number one. She also has many other certifications that she has taken like NETA which is a group exercise certification. She will bring to you a safe, and an effective workout no matter what class you take from her. She has the passion and the energy to make CFF work! This is a dream come true of hers and she wants to share it with the local communities! Cindy also works at a pet resort where she takes care of dogs and cats. She also owns 2 dogs and 4 cats that are all rescues. Her husband, Travis, has supported her with opening CFF. He designed the place and built it by hand with some help of family and friends.
