Heritage of Foley is a health care campus specializing in providing various care services. Based in Foley, Minn., the center has expertise in offering a suite of rehabilitation services, along with outpatient, in-patient and in-home care alternatives to accommodate individuals. It provides adult day services, such as exercise programming, religious, crafts, community outings, social interaction, nutritious meals and snacks, holiday celebrations, health monitoring and personal grooming, among others. In addition, the center features a variety of memory care programs.
