Countryman 's Marine and RV provides an unusual mix of services. Our customers store their RVs and boats with us and we can provide all of the maintenance, repairs, parts and supplies necessary to keep their vehicles in running shape. Our enclosed storage area has three wash bays for customer's use as well as a dump station. Our RV and Marine parts store has 4,000 SF of parts and supplies. If we don't carry an item we will be glad to find it for you. Mechanics work in four work bays and provide RV repairs and maintenance, boat repair and maintenance and trailer repair and maintenance. Consignment and used RV and boat sales and new trailer sales round out our services.

I've been using Countryman's service dept for years. They are always helpful and make sure everything is taken care of. Prices are responsible too. I would highly recommend them.
They installed a water pump in my boat and did an excellent job. Also, the owner's wife who works in the office was very helpful. She also took the time to update me since I lived out of town. By far the best marine shop I have been to in the AL/FL panhandle area.

Our customer, Mr. Brad Caudillo, brought in a trailer winch that had been installed and was beginning to rust. He did not have the purchase receipt nor the original box. Our return policy, along with those businesses he mentioned, is that you must have the receipt in order to return an item. Mr. Caudillo was asked to bring the winch back on March 6 so that a technician could inspect the part. An exception was made to our policy and the winch replaced with a new one upon determining the part was faulty. It seems like we went above and beyond what was necessary to satisfy Mr. Caudillo, but I guess you can't make everyone happy. Countryman's stands behind it's products and services but we must have policies and procedures in place in regard to returns.

What more can be said about this place. Clean and safe place to store your motor home, great service professionaly done and an attitude of what more can I do for you. I would travel a long distance to get to them for repair rather than taking my coach to one of the large dealerships where you become just a number.
OMG I sure hope all of you out there read this review. We have an RV we store at Countryman as we live in Louisiana and it is extremely convenient. We are so completely overwhelmed with the friendliness, the professionalism, the helpful manner and service they afford their clients. On Memorial Day weekend we were left without power in our RV in 97 degree weather. Mr. Jim came to our RV and literally spent hours installing a new transfer switch and did not leave until he double checked all electrical including receptacles. He was so kind and friendly during the entire time he was installing the switch (no easy task in 97 degrees) and this is so amazing as he had worked all day and than went the extra mile and helped us and saved our Memorial Day weekend! Thank you so much Jim and if any one is ever looking for a great place to store RV or Boat PLEASE GO TO COUNTRYMAN'S MARINE & RV AND SEE WHAT ITS LIKE TO FEEL SPECIAL!!! Great great service and repair and knowkedge! Geaux Tigers!

We live in Florida and found this to be a great "central" location to go any direction. Top notch facility and the owner, Jim Reeves insures his customers are happy and well cared for. Couldn't ask for a better service oriented facility anywhere. We had repair problems and they took care of us like we were family. Nice covered storgae units w/electricity at a fair price. Nice repair facility as well. All new. We left our Motorhome with complete confidence and no worries. Also have a nice RV/Boat store for your needs. Can't say enough about these folks. Very impressive, professional, and just plain nice folks. I highly recommend them for ALL of your RV/Boating needs.
New business that strives to make its customers' happy. Clean and well kept. Boat and RV storage is behind fence with key pad access. Owners live next door for 24-hour security. They are quick to help with repairs and maintenance. Gave me a free boat washing when repair work was done. Storage bay sizes go up to 15x50 with locked doors. Prices are reasonable. Location is not too far from beach but far enough to know boat will be safe during a storm.
