DR. Beth is absolutely wonderful. She has a wonderful personality and is very attentive. NOT only was she great myself and 20 year old daughter, but she was amazing with my 11month old granddaughter as well. Amanda is very polite and has a great personality. She is very honest on the eye wear fitting and looking good. Mr. Steve is so polite and will also help you make a good selection on glasses. you definitely feel welcomed and the staff has amazing customer service..

Amanda was the one who helped me through getting my first pair of glasses. I don't know much about glasses, but they sure did, they helped me get exactly what I needed, now I can read the board in class. Also the frames look so nice I get compliments in them all the time. I've sent friends to them before and always here good things from them.

Baldwin Hearing Center is owned by Phelan "Missy" Webb. She has been in the hearing industry for 34 years.
She knows what she is doing.
Steve Bohm is the owner of Baldwin Optical and Hearing and he is a great optician. They are a Christian run organization and will always be honest and upfront concerning your issues.

I would highly recommend this business. They know their stuff and have great service. Jin (the owner) is really good with my parents as he seems to be in the same age bracket and can relate to them.

LIES!!! This is the worst service ever!!! Clearly the other reviews were written by Baldwin Optical themselves. I don't see how ANYBODY could EVER ever say that the staff here is friendly. They seemed very much the opposite accept for the Indian guy that works the front desk. He seemed nice, but he gave my daughter the wrong size frames. The eye doctor, the big tall guy, was so offensive to my daughter, my husband, and me that I will NEVER EVER go back to him again. Not to mention, his Rx for eyeglasses was SO strong that it worsened my daughters vision. How could she have possibly gone down 50 powers in eyeglass strength in just six months? He screwed up her eyes which is why I'm writing this review. BEWARE!! This guy is a quack!!! I would give him zero stars if I could. Look elsewhere if you know what's best for you!!

I was super impressed with Baldwin Optical and Hearing Co. I took my father in to get a hearing test. My family has been struggling to communicate with him for the last several years. He has resisted getting the hearing aid because he thought his hearing was fine, however contrary to his belief it was not. Jin, the owner (who I would guess to be in the same age bracket as my father) was able to explain and show my father what his hearing level actually was. Dad did the test trial (much to our happiness) and is now very happy that he got the hearing aid. If you ever need a hearing aid for your family member, I would highly recommend going to Baldwin Optical and Hearing Co. They truly do give great service and are a great shop to work with.
