I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter who was visiting us from Kentucky at this salon and was extremely disappointed in many ways. He was (the owner Thomas) extremely rude and very impatient with my daughter. He did a horrible job cutting her hair, it was all uneven and she was practically in tears be cause she was in town to attend a wedding. He was very unprofessional and acted like she was a great annoyance to him. I also emailed him in regards to this matter and all I got was excuses about his personal and how it was interfering with his work. If you cannot put your personal issues aside and run your business then maybe you should sell your salon and do something else because this is certainly no way to treat customers, I would never again recommend anyone to your salon nor will I or any other members of my family be returning to you. You are very rude, unprofessional and should not be in business!!!

I'm really happy with the cut & color I get here...he's a very good stylist!

Excellent hair colorist -but too fast with the scissors. Suggest you go when he isn't working on 3 other people at the same time - I had a 3 minute haircut (with picture and basically the same style as the last 4X he did my hair). There were 3 no-no's i ask before cutting and he did all 3 of those requests of "not to do" - several days later i communicated how wonderful the color was but disappointed in the cut. I never got a response back.

Top Notch Service. Best Ive been to in 30 years. First time in I cant remember how long that I havent had to go home and "fix" my haircut.
