Dr. Tsai was excellent! He is so passionate about helping people grow their families. I'm not the easiest person and always have a million questions... he was patient and took his time and explained everything. His nurses and staff were great and very personable.

All the staff members here are super accommodating and professional. Lanei is one of the most friendly and smartest nurse I've worked with. Angel and Jenny are very sweet and very helpful. Diana was very thorough with my ultrasound, she was the one who found my polyp in my uterus. Alecia is very quick with reimbursement. I had such a positive experience. When I first met with Dr. Tsai, he carefully listened to me and understand my infertility.
