Ok, so when I first walked in everything looked a bit familiar to me, even the name, a little while later I realized that was because it was modeled after the body shop, but truly that's where the similarities end. They offer higher quality products for a fraction of the price of the body shop. Their lipsticks and glosses go for $5-$6 where as the body shop sells theirs for $12 -$20, trust me I've worked for the body shop so I've tried all their products for free and can still get them for free, but believe me I'd rather buy the face shop products. The ingredients are much better and the scents are not so strong which can dissuade you from using a product. I've used their lip glosses and eye shadow and they last, as well as their makeup bases, the white tree blemish fading line did more for me in 2 weeks than did 3 months of using the body shops tea tree oil products, they also have a wider selection of colours and nail polishes that go for $2 a bottle. They've got a customer 4 life.
