As this is an office in downtown Flushing, it can be crowded most of the time, so they try to be as thorough yet efficient as possible. Dr. Shong is extremely professional with good bedside manners and will answer any questions you have. The main language used in the office seems to be Cantonese, but if you can't speak it (I can't), then they speak Mandarin as well. Plus they seem to always have an ABC there who speaks perfect English. My understanding is that Dr. Shong speaks all three fluently.
