These folks are consummate professionals. I had been searching endlessly for a truly wheel chair-accessible apartment in NYC that did not break the bank, and along came the staff of RPM with the right place. They were highly responsive, scheduling a meeting with me at the apartment I had been searching for, in timely and clear fashion. When we met, on time, the keys would not work. They were so apologetic, and even took me for coffee and pastry while we waited for another set of keys. Those keys didn't work, either. More apologies, but really it was no one's fault at that point. They called in a locksmith in no time. The apartment was PERFECT for my wheel-chair-bound family member. They accommodated my off-site lease signing. Answered all my questions and calls immediately. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and thoughtfulness.

I am very happy with RPM. I own a 5 unit building in Flatbush that they manage for me. I really like the online reporting and invoicing system. It's just like having a bank account online. Very user friendly.

I have used RPM for over a year to manage our 4-plex in Queens. They got one of our apartments rented good tenants and it only took RPM 2 weeks to find new tenants. Our leasing agent is good and the company as whole is easy to deal with, very courteous. We had a horrible management company previous to them and RPM was a relief to find.

I am a homeowner and use this company to mange my property in Levittown. I appreciate that they can handle the maintenance on my rental at good prices. Their rates are below any handyman service that I have called.
