Sadly, Pet Menu consistently under-orders from their supplier. Deliveries arrive on Thursday. By Saturday, they are down to a single bag of my dog's preferred dog food. They won't place a hold on the bag, even with my offer to provide a credit card number. Needless to say, 3 out of 5 times, by the time I get to the store via LIRR, the last and final bag is GONE. Although I prefer to buy from a local store and support local business, chronic under-ordering and running out of a particular brand 3 days after delivery is a problem management should fix. They don't. So I've stopped relying on PetMenu. I shop online; with a 20% discount coupon, the price becomes identical and the 28lbs. of dog food ordered online is brought directly to my door. So convenient!
