i was involved in a accident with a geico customer.and was sent to this shop .after dealing with the adjuster,who was pleasant,i was informed that the shop guarantees the repairs for life,and would place me in a rental car at no charge,. I asked to speak to the manager,and was introduced to the owner who explained in detail what was needed for the repairs...i was so impressed with his knowledge and his friendly ways, I decided to leave it for repairs...I was contatacted later that day and told of the price and breakdown of the process by the adjuster.i was told of a parts delay the next day and was promised to have the car back if all went well within the next 5 days.I did not think that was so bad ,considering the extent and cost was $2600.00 plus...The car was ready in 4 days,and when i picked it up I was blown away by the appearance...the car was perfect..I was so impressed with the whole process that I got a quote from geico which was about $600,00 cheaper than allstate.
