I have used MSR since 2011 or 12. Main Street Flushing location is a madhouse at its peak, Francis Lewis Blvd location is much easier to deal with its layout. I have never encountered any
behavior out of the norm at either location. Professionalism
is what I expect, quality is excellent (I used ACP previously, retired them due to a need for a fresh look). I have used other facilities in the past (Flushing, Forest Hills, Brooklyn & Queens Blvd)and see no real difference other than convenience. Queens Blvd is one of many owned by a certain radiologist (too stressful due to sheer volume). Professionalism at was never an issue.

Just can not believe this is a place people get VERY important tests done. The Staff is HORRIBLE .They talk about what to wear & what patient was late. They ask personal medical questions in front of EVERYONE . The MRI section is another meeting place to talk & laugh very Loudly . The People who insert your IV for a contrast injection are incompetent. Shall I go on? There is much more. The Cat Scan booth never shuts up & while you are left alone they are practically having a party. This has happened MANY times. Not just once. I was one of their first customers many years ago & I will tell you the place has gone down from poor supervision & NO MANAGEMENT . Too bad , If anyone writes a good review, they are most likely related to the owner.
