This is my moms favorite pastry shop. She is from Roma and this place has the best and freshest pastries she tells me. And I have to say also it is When I buy pastries to bring her on Sunday when I visit. I also buy to bring home. Great bakery

Owners mother is rude and nasty.

Having made a purchase at the shop, I asked the counter girl for breadsticks that I was unable to acutally see from my vantage point on my side of the counter. I didn't realize they made more than one type of breadstick. After arriving home with the breadsticks, I saw they were the wrong ones. I immediately returned to the shop only to be spoken to harshly by a condesending, irate, arrogant man who not only refused to give me a refund, but would not even issue a credit.



It was a matter of literrally only a few dollars, but I would have thought given it was the holiday season and he is doing business in the local community, this man would have at least shown good will as business owner. It really was a matter of principle and not the money. I surely will not patronize nor will I recommend this shop again.
