I found this salon on Instagram and there pictures looked amazing on their Instagram so I wanted to go there and try them out to do my ombré I was so excited however it was my worst experience with a hair salon ever I will never ever go back there again and my advice is don't waste your money on them they cut and blew my hair out good but the ombré was horrible it looked like they didn't do nothing it literally looks like I didn't dye my hair at all or they dyed it my natural color I was so disappointed and I know they knew what they did wrong cause I heard my stylist talking to the manger about it whispering I had also came with three other friends two of my friends hairs came out nice my other friend showed them a picture of what she wanted from there own Instagram where they post pictures of what they have done to there customers it didn't even come out like the picture it came out different and I don't know why if it's from there own pictures but she just left it because it didn't look that bad but she was upset they didn't do what she wanted at the end when we were all about to leave my 3 friends paid but all told me I shouldn't have to pay for the ombré because it doesn't look like they did anything it looks like my natural hair color even another stylist that worked on my friends hair agreed it didn't look that much different so me and my friend spoke to the manager and told her I'm more than happy to pay for the blow out cut and treatment but I'm disappoint in the ombré it looks like nothing was done and feel I shouldn't have to pay for that or at lease give my a discount or allow me to come back for them to fix it I was more than happy with any of those options but when she spoke back to me and my friend she was extremely rude and unprofessional for a manger saying it's not her fault my hair didn't take it and I told her you had to pick a lighter color she basically picked the same color as my natural hair she tried to make up all these excuses and the thing that got me the most mad is how nasty she was and the way she was taking to me when I was so nice and calm all she cares about was getting her money not even caring about her customers the managers name is Margaret she seems nice in the beginning but she was horrible and is very unprofessional I couldn't believe the way she was taking and the stuff she was saying so at the end I wound up getting a discount only because I refuse to pay for the poorly done ombré and she also tried to threatened me saying if I take the discount me or my friends weren't allowed back mean while my friends happily paid for there hair with no problems why do that and also told me one of your friends needs to come back for some treatment if I take the discount she won't allow her back my friend happily said I don't want to come back to this disgusting place and we payed and left I'm strongly warning you don't waste your money or time here go to a better place they also overcharge and when all this happened I went back on to look at comments under there pictures on Instagram and I seen some comments of customers saying can they go back so the stylist can fix there hair because it didn't come out right and they commented back again making excusing instead of just fixing there mistake I strongly suggest not wasting your time with this horrible place worst experience ever

Outstanding! I was very hesitant at first because most stylists get surprised and flustered when they see my straight hair transform into the curly mop it truly is once wet. However! Europa has a stylist for EVERYONE, from Italy to the Dominican Republic! AMAZING job, they did on my hair! So trendy, shiny and gorgeous! They will have my business for as long as I live in NYC! Totally affordable, by the way. They accept Cash only, but that wasnt a problem since there are banks within a block from the salon. Parking is difficult since the meters are only 1 hour parking.
