It has a strip of shops across the road, so you can easily shop for groceries, medicine, and other necessities. I have been living here for 9 years, and I still do not want to move. There are middle schools, high schools, and elementary schools nearby. A bus stop outside can take you all the way to Jamaica. This is the best place to live.

Very Rude management. Look for place somewhere other than Metro Management buildings. This is one of them managed by very rude people. If you really don't have option do not move before check everything. Refrigerator , A/C , Stove , Closet .Door lock. If you moved you stuck and you spend your own money to repair or buy new. You complain about anything they will treat you like Sh****. In winter time suffer with heat & hot water. Complains to management answer will be Con Edison has did something. Summer time complain about A/C will get answer A/C is new & working fine. Con Edison has reduce power so A/C working like that. Fan is working better than A/C. And end of month electric bill is sky rocket. Who knows all lights in halls & passage may be working under your meter. Thinks million times before rent a apartment here or Metro Management's buildings.
