hopefully it will be replaced not repaired. My ceiling has been crumbling since this winter and even for years every time it rains or snow melts my ceiling leaks. We have a mgmt person named Mitch . He is making his money real easy in my opinion . I have a neighbor doing construction since Dec. 2014 . Just took a hammer to the entire apt. Noise everything allowed and I seem to tolerate this . Or I won't get my roof repaired. Or any repairs I ask . I live with constant noise ,machinery low level tapping while installing floors . But the job is almost finish . When ? Its not for me to ask just Take it . Or I leave my apartment for hours. Sometimes I have no place to go . The family that lives there is not there no woman or child has been there since Dec. 2014.
