DO NOT book with Alvin Transit!! The 24th of june me and my mother had booked a bus ticket with Alvin transit (throug travelgo2.net) from miami beach to Orlando and from there to New York. The bus was suppose to leave from miami at 10.00 am so we arrived to the place were it supposed to depart from at 9.am and then we waited. But when the time was 10.20 am and the bus still wasn't there we tried to call the company. We tried to call four different numbers but no anwser! We tried to leave a voice mail but that didint work either. We waited for the bus until 1pm and of course we tried to call the company several times but no anwser !!!!! We paid 240 dollars for a bus that did not show! Been trying to email this company as well but no anwser !! No service at all !! Not sure this even is a real company! they really dont care about there customers !!

Wow! The worst service I have experienced in my entir life!

1. Bused was 40 min late.

2. when I called to ask what's going on, they hang up on me

3. The bus was run down and the baTheroom was filthy

4. The bus stopped every two hours or so

5. No one in the company ,nor the driver spoke clear English or even tryied to explain why we r stoping, for how long, can I get of the bus and use restroom on not.

Don't ever travel with this company!!! What happened is that yesterday I was waiting for the bus, I was there 30min before departure. Because I was the only person getting on the bus at this specific bus station Commerce GA I called the company travelgo2.net and told to the lady that I'm there, just in case, so they wouldn't forget about me. Anyway she said it's all fine they won't not to worry. So then I'm there waiting and the bus is late for 30min and I called again and the lady called the bus and then called me back and said that the bus driver forgot to stop there. I means, seriously? How can that happen if it's on your everyday route? Anyway so the I asked the lady if they will turn around and come to get me and she said that won't happen, like it was my fault. Then I told her I want the refund of the money I paid ( I didn't even mention that I had to drive to the bus station for almost an hour and then back home too, so that's extra gas and time), I also told her that this is not the way to do the business, and she didn't even apologize or offer me money back or another bus, she just hang up the phone. So I'm not travelling with this company ever again and I suggest you all to go with some other providers. I wanted to save some money on tickets but it wasn't worth it. So I'm going to NYC tonight with another company, but I lost one day, gas money and my nerves. And that's all fine, I can live with that but I certainly don't want anyone to deal with those rude people, that is what bothers me. You can't just hang up on a costumer who already paid for your services!!! Later I talked to my back and I'm getting money back which is good, but still, they are just rude!
