It was pleasant. Just an oil change and tire rotation. I was surprised that they didn't use a synthetic blend or synthetic oil in my 2014 Ram. I use to have a Ford F150 and they used synthetic blend and had me on a 5000 mile change. I bought this vehicle recently from a dealer with 8000 miles on it. I believed there sticker oil rotation was for 5000 miles. With your oil change it shows a 3000 mile rotation. Please explain.

Everything was great Mister Snow and the other sales members made sure that I got everything that i needed care of. I feel like they gave me a good deal on the van I purchased as well as the van that I traded. Mister Snow also made sure that I got any other additional features that I was able to receive.

I did not get much knocked off the price of the car but it was good enough. The finance guy was a jerk because I was paying in cash but the salesman was friendly. When I got home and looked the bill of sale,i had written my check for about $15 too much so I will be coming back for my change.
