I have been going to this ulta for about 3 years after I get a facial about once a month and I would do my makeup and try different makeup. I almost always buy something and usually too much. Today I was harassed by the sales people. Several people approached me asking if I needed help and I replied "I'm just browsing" like usual. I started trying a foundation just getting something off the top of lid and the salesgirl handed me a spatula and said something about not putting fingers in product. I said thank you . I had never seen spatulas before -most of the time there aren't any eye shadow applicators left. Then someone came and interrupted me and started saying you aren't allowed to put on a full face of makeup on the floor and could she make me an appointment at the salon(in store). I said "when did the policy change"? she said there was no change in policy and walked of as I finished up my makeup. I just dropped everthing ,left and went to SEPHORA. and I want go back to ULTA.
