Some of the employees are very rude. I noticed that if you spent over $50 in the store you get two coupons attached to your receipt for future spending. After leaving the store I noticed I didn't have them .I went back in The Loft and told the lady I spent over $50 I should have my two coupons. She argued with me telling me the exact amount I spent. I finally took out my receipt and showed her.
