Jani-King of Jackson makes alot of promises that they do not deliver on to obtain new franchisees and customers. I am a franchisee who has been manipulated and deceived multiple times by the management. Some of the franchisees are highly disgruntled with the direction the business is headed and would not recommend Jani-King. The contracts are heavily weighted to only benefit the corporation. Jani-King is constantly working to acquire new franchises while frustrated franchisees are kept on the books to say that they exist for numbers sake. Unfortunately, the clients are paying the consequences by having franchisees service them that want to end their affiliation with the corporation.
