Chinese food is my all-time fave: meat and veggies! I have been to so many restaurants over the years. I happened to step inside this place today with my sister at 2:10. Though they stop serving buffet at 2:30 and stop prepping food for it at 2 and close the doors at 2:30, they let us order from the menu! OH MY GOODNESS! My sis and I have NEVER EVER had any other Chinese food taste as amazing as this! And they include bamboo shoots, too! China Buffet in front of Wal-Mart, which I loved, charges $2 to add to a regular order. I will say the buffet is small, and they don't have ice cream and all that jazz, but why eat Chinese if you want to have American junk?! I will drive the 35 minutes it takes to get to Golden China from now on, even for take out! The food and service (they were SOO kind and helpful) and sweet tea were the best ever! (And I don't play with my Chinese food...and I rarely drink sweet tea anymore, but my sis had some, and I took a sip. WOW! Even the tea was DELICIOUS! They beat McAl's tea! I begged them to start selling by gallon. PLEASE visit this place! You will NOT be disappointed (unless you show up between 2:25ish and 5:30 b/c they are closed)! ROCK ON, GOLDEN CHINA!!
