      I have had verizon and TWC - TWC is faster and more reliable. It all is in the install.

      Time Warner Cable is a joke. The customer service is non-existant and it is virtually impossible to cancel with them. Check out the competition and you will be happier!

      They couldnt hook up my service after 2 hrs so they rescheduled and didnt show up.They didnt want to refund the instillation or charges for what I didnt have.Dont use them.Zero stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
