      We simplify the changes it takes to EAT better. Move more. And stress less by helping YOU enjoy your path to wellness. Currently we DO NOT accept insurance. But we DO offer a sliding FEE scale for OUR services. Flexible spending ACCOUNTS/HEALTH savings accounts typically cover individual services. Installment plans are also available. Most individual services are offered in 6 week. 12 week. Or 6 month packages tailored to the Individual's health needs.
